As the Fall is upon us, we’d love to share this deliciously sweet and healthy Vegan pumpkin pie smooth recipe with you. It’s suitable for people with allergies to lactose and gluten.

You’ll Need:

(Serves 1)

  • 1/4 cup canned unsweetened pumpkin puree (organic if possible)
  • 1/2 cup chopped frozen banana (this will add a rich creamy and ice cream like texture)
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla soy milk
  • 1 Tbsp. protein powder
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1 -2 tsp. agave syrup (or honey for none-Vegans)

Blend ingredients and serve in a beautiful large wine glass. Enjoy!
